7.30: Arrive & meet our friendly crew, then warm-up & practice your previously learnt moves. (If you are a new mover it helps you & our crew if you wear a new mover sticker)

7.45-8.30pm: we start with a warm-up; a great way to get your feet moving to the beat, learn a few steps and which way to turn too. The first class is where new movers can easily pick up the steps whilst the more experienced get a great refresher. You get to move around the dance floor meeting new partners to help each other grasp the basics.

8.30-9.00pm: Freestyle practice. This allows you the chance for individual practice & to meet up with other members. Our dance crew are always on hand to help out, so grab a partner and just get dancin’.

9.00-9.30pm: For the second class we develop our basic moves & focus on technicality & style - where the music dictates the moves! You still get to move around the dance floor to pick your partner for the advanced section if you chose. We will also Review the first class at this point for the new movers who want to feel more confident with the basics.

9.40pm: Advance move. A challenging one off move for people who have partnered up during the previous class

9.30-10.30pm: The final part is more fun with Freestyle! Have fun with your new moves whilst making new friends on the dance floor! (come to The Lawn., Lincoln, and get another 15mins extra dance time until 10.45!)
